Why? Because I think I need that little bit of extra support to get me through this journey and I didn't want to pay for it in the form of a Personal Trainer. I know I'm a scrooge.
So after 6 years of inactivity apart from walking to my mailbox and from the carpark to the elevator at work I decided to get fit again.
I am attending Zumba on Mondays and Fridays and weights on Wednesdays.
The first week, the usual 5minute walk home from the gym took 15minutes because I was hurting all over. The next day my work mates thought there was something wrong with my back.
The second week was pretty much the same as week one.
This week is week 3 and I feel awesome, I didn't feel any muscle pain or discomfort after Zumba. I'll let you know how I feel after weights tomorrow.
Next week I'm adding an extra weights class on Saturday morning and a 20min cardio treadmill run on Tuesdays to my week.
