Day 1: I thought I would sign up for an online program today just to see if the motivation and support from others help me stick to my weight loss goal. I have been saying for a few years now that i wanted to lose at least 30 lb's. Not much but its a start, I'm not happy about the way I look and I am putting my foot down and saying I'm going to change that. People have doubted me in the past, I have been consistent for a couple weeks then I cave! I need support to help be the person I want to be and stick with my weight loss journey for once!
