Today is the beginnig of the journey. Everyday before today, all of the choices I made all of the cravings I melted into, all of the pounds I packed on and all of the countless hours I sent sitting on the couch are forgotten at this moment!
Here we go, into the future! I am excited to start my day walking in the gym tomorrow. I am happy to start with water and have half the amount of coffee as I usually do. I can't wait to walk Connor to school on Wednesday (his dad takes him Monday and Tuesday) and then walk to pick him up on Wednesday!!!!!
After homework, we are going to walk on the trail by the Neuse instead of watching TV or playing a game!!!!
Here we go into to a healthier life, mind and body!
