here we go!!!!

I start my exercise plan tomorrow, normally i try to wait til mondays to start exercise "fresh week, fresh start." but, it never seems to work. ill do good for a week or two then, something will happen like ill get sick or something and then ill quit and never go back for a couple weeks. ive been doing this for years, somethings got to change so im gonna start on a thursday and hopefully all of u can give me the modivation and keep me in track. im ready so wish me luck and any suggestions are more then welcome!
