Here we go!

This is it then. First day, first week, whatever. Woke up feeling a bit rubbish after looking after the other half for most of the night. Still strangely looking forward to the first workout though. 

Wanted to take down all the important facts and figures before I started, to help keep track of progress, but I haven't got a tape measure. So the stats will have to start and end with:

Weight: 14st 3lbs
Height6ft 1in
BMI: 26 (Overweight)
Waist: 34 (ish)

That's it. Not setting any targets or anything, because in all honesty, I'm not sure what to expect. This might change if/when I start to see some tangible results! :)
