I will get into shape again! I have let my career exhaust me and keep me out of the gym, but I will from this day forward make better choices for my health and get my body back. It's not going to be easy; Father Time has had fun thickening my waist a little at a time so that I barely noticed it until it was to this point. I am a Catholic girl, and Lent is a great time to cut out the bad and insert good habits. This is my plan. I have been going to the gym for a couple of weeks, but I need some structure in order to keep it up, so here we go!
Today I did 20 minutes on the treadmill (hill program, 3 mph, level 9) followed by core and shoulders. I came home starving and ate a sandwich and some dried mango. My goal is to keep eating clean througout the day. Wish me luck!
