Here's the workout last night with me bud
We did alot of these sets with little or no rest between sets did get a botu 1-2 min rest inbetween exercises
ME: tri extension: 70x12, 110x10
inc bench: 95x12, 135x10, 185x8
flat bench: 95x10, 135x8, 186x6
db pullovers: 25x10 40x8
some cybex ab machine: 70x12x 130x10
preacher curls: 62x12
machine Rows: 110x12, 170x10
Josh(xfenix):tri ext: 50x4, 30x12
inc bench: 95x12, 135x4, 115x6
Flat Bench: 75x9, 95x4
db pullovers: 10x10 25x8
some cybex ab machine: 70x12, 110x6
preacher curls: 32x8, 42x8
machine rows: 90x12, 170x4,(trying to show off burned him up lol) 110x4
MIND: preoccupied with Mutt, but with Josh there refocused
Body: Feeling good to hit it all
Josh's first time working out I was quite proud of him made him push a few reps out wasnt really too hard on him...tried to hit everything except legs first go around to get the cobwebs out for him and show him some form things, I think he felt a little outdone by me but I think he knows he will be right up there in a month or two because he works out in field all day and he is avg medium build but has his tummy and such he wont have a hard time burning it i would think. THATS IT FOR NOW LADIES AND GENTS
