Hey, hey, hey...

I did 25 minutes on the elliptical this morning, presented a seminar this afternoon, not feeling too bad right now..might lift weights tomorrow!

Food was/is better today..

Breakfast I had multi-grain cheerios/raspberries, 1/2 banana, skim milk and 1/2 scoop whey

snack I had lowfat plain yogurt with blueberries and walnuts and a little whey powder mixed in.

lunch I had 1/2 a sweet potato, broccoli and cauliflower, turkey breast and a little cranberry sauce (on the turkey, sooo good).

I had a late lunch, soon I will have dinner - all by myself so I will have some leftover turkey and some veggies.

Before bed I will try to make up on my protwein intake with some protein pudding.
