Hi everyone im new to this. Just got dumped by my bf and feeling really down. Ive gained 50 lbs in two years and think what a better time is now to start taking care of me.. Any suggestions on motivations. I eat soooo much dugar and addicted to ice coffees 3 a day cant kick the habiy

    Sugar is hard. Best to go cold turkey. Your body really is addicted to it. Only sugar you should eat is fruit for two weeks to reset your body. But no grapes, honestly there natural candy. I had the same problem. I did this and suddenly when I started again everything was EXTRA sweet. I pay attention now to all sugars. (Bread, white, rice). I am terrified of diabetes.

    1st: he's not worth your sorrow... 2nd: If you want it you can achive it! 3rd: Any habit can be broken... Not w/o effort... I use to smoke, 30+yrs, my mom inspired me to quit. She quit after 50+yrs. Not easy but doable. The coffee... well lets just work on one thing at a time... (as I sip on mine ;0) ) The sugar issue... try fruits. I freeze some so it's like having ice cream... kinda... lol If you want it, you can achive it! Good luck!
