Hi everyone, my second week and I'm not in total pain today - I might live!
The second week seems to be much easier and the muscle pain after the exercises has deminished considerably - even though I have increased the weights and reps in some cases. I think alot of it has to do with getting past the initial use of these muscles - in many cases the first time in a long while. I'll give it another couple of weeks and then I will get serious about nutrition - just making sure I get enough protein vegies and carbs for now.
