Highlights from last two workouts

OK so here are some Highlights from the last two workouts
Bench Nailed 265x1 no question it was all mine, just missed 275 twice, got close to locking out.

Lower bod-hit some speed box squats-185x2x12 new weight for that
and in same workout last set of 10 reps on reg squats
245x10 Most reps at that weight in 1.5 years!!!


All in all i am stronger and faster. I am pleased. I did 4 sets of 10 reps to end the lower bod workout each rep was deep enough that my arms hit the rack safety bars(they are about mid thigh)
