HIIT and Body Comp

Lost 2.2 lbs fat, gained 1.2 lbs mas :D :D oh, and did I mention :D!
Warning - whining ahead!!!!
Up most of the night (maybe some caffiene in the Sobe Lean I had at the movie?) hungry, brain wouldn't shut off, toss, turn. Finally rousted myself out of bed at 5am...knew I wasbeing comped at 7:45 so didn't want to eat/drink..did tooth whitening, lay around dying off hunger, lol. Finally got comped!!! ahhh, vaso/whey/xtend :)
So, what do you do when you are dea tired, your legs are sore as shit and you can't even imagine doing any cardio at all, let alone HIIT...why, you crank the treadmill up as high as you can tolerate and do intervals like someone is chasing you with a big freaking knife, of course! Crap! I must have neglected to do my asthma meds yesterday because now i am home, having cup of coffee, trying to get breathing back, lol. HIIT 15 minutes, all out 15 sec/rest 45 sec and 15 min walking and wheezing (nice, eh?).
here is an even nicer mental image - I am at the grocery store, PWO, bright red, seaty, hair sticking all over, wearing t-shirt that say "I think my trainer's killing me. I can't feel my legs" buying blueberries because I cannot go home until I have my sludge ingredients ! Thank goodness tomorrow is SUNDAY!
