HIIT and BODY COMP

WHOOOO!

Still waiting to wake up from this dream!!!!

Another week...1 pound loss on the scale..body comp shows fat loss of 4.2 pounds and mass up by 3.2lbs :D Mama is very happy!! And a nieghbor told me yesterday that I look more muscular :D

Had to rock the HIIT after that..the first 5 intervals I did all out in the treadmill, then my ipod flew off my armband and my feet were feeling the impact a bit, so I did the last 10 intervals on the elliptical and then did 15 minutes lower intensity on the elliptical...well, you can say it is lower but I am so hyped right now i don't seem to have a low intensity setting, lol. :)

RESULTS ROCK!!!!!!!!!!! I went right to the store PWO to stock up on steak, green beans and blueberries :D
