Hit the Gym Hard Today

I had a great workout today and I am already noticing some changes. Instead of doing 25 minutes straight of the same cardio I switched it up a bit and did 15 minutes of rowing and then ran over to the treadmill for 10 minutes of interval training 5-10 miles an hour for 10 min. I made it more interesting.
