Entering week 4 of my workout. (actually week 5 but I did week 1 twice) Anyway.... I measure biceps last night and I am up 1/4 inch! Sweet! Forgot to weigh myself this morning. Had to get up and Fix hubby his father's day cinnamon rolls. Whoops I did slip and eat one.. but I topped it off with my 4 eggs (1 yolk). Had a good workout week. A little slight on the arms but the legs were great. Drywallers came to do the rock in my new weight room and will be here any second (hopefully as they are 1 hour late already) to do a skim coat. I will be painting it next week and hopefully have my room set up within the next two weeks. Man I cant wait to have "my room" done!
