hmmm....thursday...planned to go to the gym, but got other commitment
It's kind of funny that I'm feeling really guilty about not going to the gym today. I have a lunch time work commitment. But i will be swimming tonight so that'll be my workout today. Guess I'm feeling guilty because I only got 1 wt session in this week...glad I did full body. I may have to start doing one workout early in the morning to try and fit at least 2 wt sessions a week. I didn't know I had this work thing till I got to work, so i have carbs in my lunch, which I shouldn't really have....but what can ya do. It's just some quinoa.
anyhoo, that'll be it for today:
Diet:
meal 1: eggs + veggies + 1/2 grapefruit
meal 2: yogurt, protien, berries
meal 3: greek burger, salsa, quinoa
meal 4 protien bar (PN anytime) + strawberries
meal 5: xtra lean ground beef + veggies
swim
meal 6: protien shake
