HTI Workout B, Sort of!

Tonight was a bit of a challenge. I was working out in a different facility, one that had a power rack that was very shallow. In other words, after lifting the bar off the rack, I had to take a couple of steps back, but no more or no less or else the bar would either hit the front or the back poles coming down. It sucked. Then, there were no extra bars to use to enable supersetting with DL's. So, I just did my squats, then used the same bar outside the rack for my DL's. I didn't superset my split squats either...just did my 3 sets, did my abs, stretched and drove home. I do have a nice, high step at home so I did my 3 sets of step ups using 10 lb. dumbbells. To make up for the low weight I tried to do them with speed.

Squats: 4 sets, 12x115,10x115,10x115,7x115 (was supposed to be 3 sets of 15, but I didn't want to drop the weight and stopped each set as I felt my form going)

Dealift: 3 sets, 15x115 -- that said, I can't do 15 DL's without pauses evey 5 or 7 reps. I get really lightheaded--especially tonight since I wasn't adequately nourished.

Bulgarian Split Squat: 3 sets, 15x50

Step-ups: 3 sets, 15x10's -- fast as doable with good form.
