Hurt a bit today, pushed harder and got through it.

Today was a bit tougher. Had some acid reflux action going own and wanted to quit. Pushed through and got it done with an increase in some weight and reps. Also working my back and abs a little extra. After I get through this full body routine, 6 more weeks, I will start training with weights 3 days a weeks and work more weight and less reps. I really am trying to just get a little more muscle to work with. That and a lot less fat. Down 16 lbs to date. Down 5" of belly fat.
3 min rowing machine 500 meters, (warm-up)
20 crunches,
20 twisting crunches,
20 leg extensions @ 60 lbs,
20 Nautilus lower back extensions @ 110 lbs, 10 @ 140
20 Nautilus abs machine crunches @ 130 lbs, 10 @ 160
20 flat bench presses @ 100 lbs,
20 closed grip pull-downs @ 100 lbs,
15 dumbbell raises, @ 15 lbs, (These hurt)
15 barbell curls @ 35 lbs,
12 lying triceps extensions @ 35lbs,
23 min bike HR 120 avg,
5 min hot tub,
10 min steam room.
