Rest: 90 seconds

Squat: 115x5x3/120x5/125x5

DL Shrug: 115x5/120x5/125x5/135x5/145x5

SS:
BSS: 60(2-30s)x5x5
Step Up: 60(2-30s)x5x5

Sissy Squats: BWx15/BW+20x15/BW+25x15

Reverse Crunches: 15x3

Thoughts: Added the Sissy's for fun. :)

Overall, good today. My back feels great!
