Thoughts: This ain't easy. I added an extra set of Dips to compensate for the lack of 2x25 on the scheduled amount. Still, only made 26 out of 50 total. I used the regular dipping station as the assisted one was being used. Still, happy with getting 14 out of the first 25.
Overall, good today.
I did get a funny look from Speed Rep guy when I had a five pound weight on each end of the Oly bar on my first set of Bench Presses. But then again, I was going slow and doing 25 reps. ha.
