Tempo: 321

Snatch Grip DL: 155x3x2/165x3/175x3/185x3/200x3

SS:
Dynamic Lunges: 80x3x5/85x3
Step Up: 70(2-35s)x3x6

Incline Reverse Crunches: 12x3

Thoughts: Whew... nice to hit 200 on the DL. I'm guessing I could do more weight with a standard grip DL.

Good sweat today. The 321 tempo was a challenge on the SS. Not hard, just once the body gets to a certain point it just drops.
