HIIT on the spin bike followed the nasty above.

Warm Up: one minute
High: 30 seconds by six cycles
Low: 60 seconds by six cycles
Cool Down: three minutes

Thoughts: Weight this morning was 183.6 pounds. Up a tad, but that might have something to do with me being on holidays for the past week or so.

*started with heavier weights on the first couple of sets compared to last time
**form became questionable.

Overall, good today with a big sweat.
