Swiss Ball Crunch: 3x15

Thoughts: Weight was 182 this morning. Good workout desptire only five hours of sleep. Upped the weight on a few things.

Took in the Def Leppard concert last night in Calgary. These guys are 50-ish or so. Phil Collen, lead guitar for the band is in fantastic shape. Took two songs before his shirt came off and was showing off a pretty good six pack.

I didn't take my camera with because in the old days of rock concerts that wasn't allowed. Now in the digital age, apparently it's fine. But wow, I was impressed.

Given the lifestyle a rock star can lead, it was good to see.
