Warm Up: Three minutes on the rower and rotator cuff stuff.

SS:
Smith Squat: 100x5x5
Deadlift Shrug: 145x5x4/155x5

BSS: 10 (2-5's)x5x1/20(2-10's)x5x4 each leg
Step Up: 10 (2-5's)x5x1/20(2-10's)x5x4 each leg
-----------
Reverse Crunches: 15x3

Thoughts: Weighed in at 183 this morning. Liked this one.. despite it had the BSS's in them. ha. Long rest for this one, ninety seconds is what is prescribed. Not used to a rest that long.
