Warm Up: Five minutes on the treadmill and some rotator cuff stuff.

Smith Squat: 100x10x4

DL Shrug: 145x10x4

SS:
BSS (chair): 10lbs(2-5s)x10x1/20lbs(2-10x)x10x3
Step Up (step): 10lbs(2-5s)x10x1/20lbs(2-10x)x10x3
---
Reverse Crunches: 3x15

Thougths: weight was 180 this morning. I upped the Squats and added weights to the BSS/Step Ups. This is killer.
