Start: 7:26am
Finish: 8:31am

Warm Up: Ten minutes on the treadmill

Squats: 75x10x4

DL Shrug: 75x10x4

SS:
BSS: 20(2-10s)x10x4
Step Ups: 20(2-10s)x10x4

Reverse Crunches: 15x3

Thoughts: Did some stretching and foam roller stuff afterward.

Nice to be back doing this in the AM.

Still some stiffness in my lower back which is keeping me from heavier squats and DLs.
