I am becoming addicted to the gym

I was traveling on business last week and couldn't get to the gym. The hotel had one broken down bike and some barbell. I took my bands and did what I could but it wasn't the same.
New program for this week. I work out during my lunch break. This is day 2 of week 2 of my full body plan from this site. I will do one more workout tomorrow and then I am off for 4 days. Monday I start my week 3 routine. I added a little extra cardio and some extra back and abs.
Warmup, 3 min cable rowing machine 500 mtrs,
20 crunches,
20 twisting crunches,
20 leg extensions @ 60 lbs,
20 flat bench presses @ 90 lbs,
15 closed grip pulldowns @ 90 lbs,
15 dumbbell raises ea arm, @ 15 lbs,
15 barbell curls @ 35 lbs,
15 lying triceps extensions @ 30lbs,
20 Naut lower back extensions @ 110 lbs
20 Naut abs machine crunches @ 130 lbs
25 min bike HR 120 avg
5 min hot tub,
10 min steam room.
