I am getting excited!!!

I started working out on the 26th of May 2008!!! Since this is my first entry I will give a little about myself. I am in the US military and Currently deployed to Afghanistan. I have always been in better than most but have never weight trained with the seriousness I am now. I am lifting 5 days a week and do cardio at least 3 days a week consisting of two of those days being HIIT.
I am only 3 weeks into my program and I am starting to feel and see gains. I started out thinking I would just lose a little weight and tone up but now I am thinking I would not mind bulking up a little. My biggest limiting factor right now is the fact that it is hard for me to control my diet much cause I have to each out of the mess hall. Any comments or suggestions would be appreciated
