sometimes we get ahead of ourselves...smh i was going good until yesterday. i ended up cheating on my diet... the good thing is at least it was fish and a health choice dinner. I added way too much olive oil and extra spaghetti sauce... it really did taste delicious but after i saw the scale i was really disappointed...so i just set myself back a two days wow.... this changes my entire goal for tomorrow. i am going for 220lbs and i know that's pushing it. but its better to shoot high!
