I could jump like a flea in hurry!

I'm all excited!!! I've decided to participate in another competition in late November!! Of course nothing is 100% sure yet since I miss some important informations BUT let's say that I REALLY would like to do this one.
I need to loose 3-4% of bodyfat.
It's early Saturday morning. I'll tell you about my training yesterday but first I'll do a little bit of cardio!!

    Okey, I'm back. It didn't only turn into some cardio but also some resistance training for my arms (I haven't really been isolating them this week): 10 mins on the stairmaster (watching cartoons of Children TV... ;o) Cable curls 3x20 Curl machine 1x12 4x10 Triceps cable 3x20 Dips 3x10 Triceps cable kick backs (that's the name?) 1x15 1x12 4x10 Skipping in between the sets 5x1min and 1x2min (I forgot to look at the watch!) I also did some stretching, but I always feel that I've should have done more )o; ____________________________________ Yesterday I did: Morning: 15 mins of Stairmaster Hamstring raises 5x20 Free squats 4x20 Calf raises 3x20 Cable pull overs (needed a good stretch!) 1x15 4x10 Night: I was suppose to work arms BUT instead it turned into: 1x25mins and 1x20mins of absolutely crazy city biking (trying to double all the annoying bad smelly cars!... I had to go to the dentist!).
