I did get in two more workouts....

For a total of 3 for last week. Plan to get 3 a week and will add in cardio 2x for starters. ALso I am going to be cooking meals (fish, chicken veggies etc) and all that in the next week or so. Here are the Highlights:
Made it in three times last week
Legs-Low ass to grass squats 135x10 155x10 185x10 205x10 225x11!!!!
SLDL 225x10 245x10 275x10
DL 225x3 275x1 315x1 365x1 385x1 405x1
Did leg presses too 4 sets of 15 reps
DID Chest/shoulders---going for more of a BB routine so a lot of 10-15 rep sets....no big deal other than shoulders and chest are still killin me Monday and I did WO on Friday!
