i did it

Well i did it, ran 3 miles up the hill from your worst nightmare, went swimming and did constant laps for an hour, and then walked the 3 miles back, i know tomorrow i will suffer but im real pleased with myself, ate the right foods and brought smaller dinner plates, so it looks like im eating alot, but im eating half of what i was before, i know tomorrow i will suffer but determind to push through it and do it all again in the morning.
I also found out that the leisure centre is also doing an abs training session, and also legs, bums and tums so signed up for both of them, whats the saying 'no pain no gain'
