been really bad at blogs. and journals. and pretty much anything that im supposed to do everyday. but im starting a new routine on monday and ive made time to blog a part of my day. we'll see what happens.
in other news, i started yoga and aroebics at home. and im still trying to walk at least half a mile a day. not really counting calories, just trying to make smarter choices. anyway, just wanted to stop by and let you guys know that im still here. and im still changing.
