I haven't given up yet...
just wanted to check in real quick. I got kind of tired of writing down the same failures in my log week after week, up and down, up and down,...wasn't exactly motivating to me. I'm still struggling to get with a set program. I joined WW on-line for diet support a few weeks ago and started working out at home again. If I can keep it up, I'll be writing it down in my log again. I want to lead by example like you guys do!!! Good to see you're still going strong...
