I KNOW I CAN!!!!

I have finally had enough!!!!  I'm tired of looking in the mirror only to see my belly rolls, my sagging butt, and my growing thighs... I used to be a healthy size and weight with very toned muscles.  Hell, I successfully completed US Navy bootcamp.  My body was in awesome shape!  I know as we get older, gravity(and laziness) has a tendency to work against you, but let me tell you.....I"M GOING TO FIGHT THAT MEAN "OL GRAVITY(and laziness)!!!!  I'm ready to take my body back and be healthy again!!!!

Beginning Monday, June 25, 2012, I will begin and complete my first workout.  My goal being to lose anywhere between 30-40 lbs by Christmas.

5'7" - 158lbs

    How was your first workout? The first steps are always the hardest for me. What kind of exercise did you chose to do?
