I lost 2 pounds somehow today.

Weighed myself today and I have lost 2 pounds since yesterday. The only thing that I can think might have caused that is that I majorly increased my water intake..?
Today I did weights for my legs and Yoga class. My doctor suggested that I take up yoga. Finding out that I am not as bendy as I thought. Still need to do my cardio. I will try to go for a long walk this evening.
