I Miss My Kettlbell...

So, we're vacationing in Palm Springs. We did Disneylnd, cruised through Newport Beach, visited Laguna Beach and now just relaxing for the next few days till we head back home. Not in any rush... it's 12C here and -30C there. ugh.

At the condo we are at there is a fitness facility. It's alright.. lotta chest and back stuff.. not a lot of leg equipment set up. Made me realize how versatile at KB is. However, it's too damned expensive to bring.

So, here's what I did:

Start: 944am
Finish: 10:37am

Warm Up: Bike 7:00 and some upper body joint mobility

Wide Lat PD: 73x10x3
ChestDip (BW): 10/5/6

Goblet Squat: 35lbx10/50x10x2
----
Cable Curl: 35lbx10x3
Tricep PD: 35x10/35x8/28x10
----
Hanging Knee Raises: 10x3
----

Stretching: 7:00
