Crunches 20
Leg Raises 20 (these really hurt. I had a C-Section and I swear it did something to my lower abs. But I will keep doing them!)
Lunges 20 x 5 lbs
Push-ups 20
One Arm Dumbbell Rows 20 x 5 lbs
Standing Lateral Raises 20 x 5 lbs
Standing Dumbbell Curls 20 x 5 lbs
Lying Triceps Extensions 30 x 5 lbs

10 mins Walking on a Treadmill

20 mins Yoga when I woke up, 10 mins yoga after workout.

Menu for the day:

Breakfast: 2 slices veggie bacon, 3 unsalted rice cakes with 2 tbs of soy nut butter. Glass of orange juice. Water.

Lunch: Penne Pasta &Tomato Basil Sauce, grapes, salad.

Dinner: Moroccan Tofu Salad with Couscous and fruit


I need buy more weights for my home. 5 lbs is too light for me.

My daughter "did exercises" with me, but she's only 3 :)
