i'm having serious problems! I want to excercise and I have the motivation, but on the food side, I just can't catch a break. I mean I won't lie, I love my food, but I want to lose weight, desperately, I feel horrible, and that's not a nice feeling at all. So I'm trying to build a diet plan, but being my age, it's hard to get people to listen to you, and what you actually want for a change. I just want to catch a break, you never know, today could be my lucky day.
Anyway, I've got to go, there's a jog that has to be run.
