I need help.

i'm having serious problems! I want to excercise and I have the motivation, but on the food side, I just can't catch a break. I mean I won't lie, I love my food, but I want to lose weight, desperately, I feel horrible, and that's not a nice feeling at all. So I'm trying to build a diet plan, but being my age, it's hard to get people to listen to you, and what you actually want for a change. I just want to catch a break, you never know, today could be my lucky day.

Anyway, I've got to go, there's a jog that has to be run.

    Don't feel bad, one day at a time. Don't change what you are eating at the moment. More meals smaller portions. Then start substituting the yummy stuff with the healthy stuff. You don't have to give it up straight away. Good Luck
