I remember this feeling well!!
Just got back from a GREAT workout at the gym. Endorphins are flowing and I feel awesome--woohoo!
Here's what went down:
5 min warmup on treadmill-light jog
3 sets Walking lunges: no wt/16lb bar with twist/16lb bar with lift
4 sets squats (10 reps each) alternated sets of front squats holding 16lb bar and jump squats (quads will be sceaming tomorrow)
3 sets Asst pullups (75lbs) 12 reps
3 sets seated row (60lb) 12/10/10
4 sets SLDL's 12/10/10/8 first 3 45lb bar, last set 65lb
4 sets EZbar curls (30lb) 12/10/8/8
3 sets back extentions
Tons of stretching to cool down
I have swimming tonight as well.
Todays Diet:
7:30
tex mex egg substitute + chopped ham + veggies + salsa
1/2 orange
11am
1/2 orange + almonds+walnuts
12pm
wt training at gym
1:30pm
left over cedar plank salmon + squash
3pm
oatmeal + protien
5:30
shrimp + veggie stirfry
9pm
Swim
10:30
skim milk + protien (going to buy some nector protien so I can mix it with water-I can't stand the choc with water)
This is the most "normal" I've felt in a long time. Helps that i finally got a half decent sleep last night as well.
