I threw up!

I don't know what happened but this morning I could just feel I didn't want to do any of it. Once on the elliptical trainer by ten minutes I knew I didn't want to do any of it. Pushed 25 minutes, then almost quit three times during muscle workout. I pushed it to complete, and about a half hour later it happened. I don't know what went wrong there. Maybe I'm too tired. Maybe it's because I was under par again yesterday for meeting nutritional requirements. Just slowly drinking protein shake and water. Hope stomach settles enough to continue with nutritional plan.
