Machine Presses 12x90, 6x90, 7x80, 8x70
Seated Machine Lateral Raises 12x90, 12x90, 10x90, 8x90
Triceps
Triceps Cable Pushdowns With Rope 12x40, 9x40, 7x30, 8x20
Dumbbell Kickbacks 12x10, 12x10, 10x10, 8x12

12 min on bike, 23 min treadmill
Man, my shoulders and triceps are weak. I will have to work on this. I just didn't have the strength for multiple sets. Oh well, that is why I am doing this.
