I was EXHAUSTED!!!!

I got through my back workout which was good but I was burnt out when I started doing my ab workout. I think it was because i over did my cardio workout last night. Last night I rowed for 15mins and then got on the bike and alternated 1min fast and 1 min normal for 15 minutes. Anyways I was excited cause I did a warmup set of crunches on a decline brench and i zipped 15 out in a hurry which was great.
What I am wondering is would it benefit me to do my my ab workout with my cardio vs my weight lifting workout?
