Drinking warm lemon juice water in mornings.
Eating blue berrys when I want a snack.
Eating big salads for lunch. Drinking two glasses of water befor every meal.
And I cut down on how much I eat.
And getting 6-8 hours of sleep every night help you lose weight. Have you ever notice how you'll go to bed feeling bloted and wake up your tummy looks flater than the day be for? Its the sleep :)
