If pain is weakness leaving the body boy have I gotten weak

Friday T-Day x 4. List of my supplements so I have a quick reference:
Cell-Tech, Nitro-Tech, Meso-Tech, NanoVapor and Methyl 1D XL. Expensive but hopefully worth it. These plus a hard work should get me the results I want. Start chest today hoping I recover faster than with legs. Legs are feeling better except for left calf. I'm sure it will be better after today's reverse calf raisers and daughters soccer homework. Ha Ha Time to hit the weights I feel the Vapor kicking in.

Good work out Calf not sore for now seems to have loosened up some, well that is until I cool down. Tried to do 1.8 miles today for cardio Just shy of it. But tomorrow's another day. Ain't it funny how life changes for 20 plus years I was a born again hard Marine. Smoked, drank, tried bull riding and whatever else I could do to test my body. Now 8 years, 30lbs and a half a lung later I'm starting to realise it all catches up to you sooner or later.
