I'm Back!

OK, this time I'm back for good. I have 10 weeks until my BD and have a trip planned to NYC, so that'll give me a good time frame to get myself back to where i was a year ago. I'm going to have to figure out how best to fit in all my workouts with swimming, wts, pilates, yoga, running and cycling. But my basic routine will include swimming 3X/week, yoga 1X/week, pilates 1X/week, wts 3X/week, run 1X/week and bike 1X/week. I think it'll go something like this:

Mon: 12pm Hot Yoga, 6pm Pilates, 8pm swim
Tues: 12pm Full body wts, 9pm swim
Wed: 12pm Cycle or HIIT at gym
Thurs: 12 pm full body wts, 9pm swim
Friday: 12pm full body wts, 5pm golf when the weather improves
Saturday: 8:30am run with running partner
Sunday: rest or possible swim if I miss one during the week, maybe yoga if I miss it on Mondays.

I will need to write up a routine for my full body workouts to make sure I'm changing things up. I'll probably due a leg focus on Thursdays to save my arms for swimming.

Diet will consists of eating healthy, regularily and enough "useful" calories.

Todays workout:
Hot Yoga, Pilates, Swim

Todays diet:
7:30am: egg subst + lots of veggies
10:30am: banana + nuts(almonds+walnuts)
12:00 Yoga
1:30 ham on small ww tortilla + raw veggies + cottage cheese
3pm said NO to piece of cake (;
4:30 oatmeal + protien
5:30 cheese string + apple
6pm Pilates
7:15 smoked salmon on ww tortilla
8pm swimming
9:30pm protien + skim milk
