I have been away awhile and have not been able to exercise like I need too. I am back at it now and feeling good about my self again. I have been making sure to walk a mile or more each day, and am drinking plenty of water. I have two months to lose some more weight before vacation. I hope I start to see some more difference because I get discouraged easily when I don't. I hope everyone is doing good with their goals.
