After a month away from the gym I spoke with my husband last night and was inspired to go back. He started going back to gym to get in better shape. Something. I've been praying for him for a while and God did it for him. He is now motivated to change his eating, and exercise to get healthier.
So yesterday I did water aerobics and today I ran on treadmill for 20 minutes. I'm praying that I make it through two more cardio days this week and choose wisely when eating.
