I'm back and raring to go....well almost....
I'm back from an incredible 4 day holiday with the hubby. Talk about having a chance to re-kindle the romance, it was awesome. We golfed every morning, and spend the rest of the day doing whatever we felt like...no plans, no commitments, just whatever. We swam, we drank, we walked...among other things (; We had a ball!
So now it's back to reality and I'm ready for it. Diet is back on track and will remain so for the remainder of the year...and beyond. I had yoga at noon, and although I'd planned on getting to the gym this evening, I have woman issues that are going to keep me from that today. On that note, I am going to see my Dr. regarding these issues because it is really beginning to mess with my routine and I know I have some options. I'll at least get out this evening for a walk or something. Tomorrow I'll be swimming (I hope) and Thursday I'll be back at the gym....for sure!!!
I'm going grocery shopping tonight to stalk up on vitamines, veggies, lean meat, eggs and plan to do a bit of food prep (chili, protien bars and grilled chicken breast)
I've had a lot of start/stops over the past few months, but that is done with...time to get back on track....time to get serious!
