I'm hungry.

KBELL - Program Minimum Week Five/Day Three

Start: 7:18am
Finish: 8:03am

Warm Up: ten minutes Squats/Halos/Pumps
Practice: did not do this today as I did a bunch last night during my class

Man Makers: 35lb bell - one hand swings for 13 minutes with walking as active rest

Thoughts: Well, I upped this by a minute. My theory is to not end on rest so I did an extra chunk of swings. I did a 1:1 ration of swings (30 seconds per arm) and rest (walking for 60 seconds).

I followed with 13 minutes of stretching and roller.
